to generate leads and drive enrollments for our courses.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage campaigns on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to attract potential clients.
Generate high-quality leads for the sales team through digital marketing efforts.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum results.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and tracking.
Experiment with new strategies to grow audience and drive course enrollments.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, and digital campaigns.
Comfortable working on
commission-only pay
.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Experience generating leads or driving conversions online (preferred but not required).
Compensation:
100% commission-based (earn based on leads generated and conversions).
Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
