Key Responsibilities:

Aggregator Marketing:

Create and manage property or product listings on platforms like Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, etc. Regularly update listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, visuals, and promotions. Monitor ad performance, optimize placements, and respond to platform inquiries. Maintain relationships with aggregator account managers for better visibility and offers.

Branding:

Uphold and evolve the company's visual identity across all digital and offline channels. Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and branding in all customer touchpoints. Develop brochures, pitch decks, and branding materials for campaigns and sales teams. Conduct competitive analysis and recommend branding improvements.

Digital Asset Management:

Oversee company website, including updates, performance, SEO, and integrations. Ensure smooth operation of CRM systems, email platforms, and analytics tools. Implement security practices and basic data backup strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field. Familiar with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and website CMS (WordPress, Wix, etc.). Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in real estate, automotive, or product listings. Knowledge of local UAE/GCC digital trends and consumer behavior. Video editing and photography
