Job Summary



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative

Digital Marketing Manager

with hands-on experience in

graphic design, SEO, WordPress website development, and digital campaign management

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the companys online presence, improving lead generation, and managing all aspects of our digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities



Website Management & Development

Design, develop, and maintain company websites using

WordPress

Optimize website performance, usability, and responsiveness across all devices Implement landing pages and integrate marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.)

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies Track and analyze SEO performance metrics to improve search rankings and organic traffic Perform technical SEO audits and ensure SEO best practices are followed

Design & Branding

Create high-quality visual content for web and digital campaigns (banners, infographics, social media posts, presentations, etc.) Ensure consistent branding across all online platforms

Digital Campaign Management

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing Manage content strategy and calendar for blogs, social media, newsletters, etc. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI)

Marketing Automation & Tools

Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho for campaign tracking and reporting Manage integrations between website, CRM, and email marketing systems

Qualifications



Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, IT, Digital Media, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in

SEO, WordPress, design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva), and website development

Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices Proficient in HTML, CSS, and responsive web design (added advantage) Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar tools Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills

Preferred Skills



Experience in cybersecurity or IT services domain Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams Creative thinking and attention to detail
