Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple digital platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead conversion.
Analyze data and performance metrics to adjust strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create compelling ad copy and creatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and real estate.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with the Virtual product trading and how digital marketing works in Dubai is a plus.
