Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven In-House Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence in the local market. This role combines strategic marketing planning, hands-on content creation, and professional photography to showcase our dental services and engage new and existing patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive patient acquisition and retention. Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with clinic goals and seasonal promotions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.

Content Creation & Management:

Produce engaging content including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and printed materials. Manage and grow the clinic's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Update website content to reflect current services, promotions, and patient resources.

Photography & Visual Content:

Capture high-quality photographs of treatments, clinic interiors, staff, and patient testimonials (with appropriate consent). Edit and retouch photos to maintain a professional and consistent brand aesthetic. Create short promotional videos and reels for use on social media and the clinic website.

Branding & Patient Experience:

Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the clinic's brand identity and values. Support the design and production of signage, brochures, and other print materials. Assist in organizing and promoting events, open days, and community outreach programs.

Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with the reception and treatment teams to gather content ideas and understand patient needs. Liaise with external vendors, printers, and advertising partners as required. Stay updated on dental marketing trends and competitor activities.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
