Job Summary:
We are seeking a
well-experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and services across various digital platforms. You should have in-depth knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation, particularly within the design or creative industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the interior design industry.
Manage the company's social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and create engaging content.
Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize performance.
Perform SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Maintain and update the website to improve UI/UX and content visibility.
Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the design and business development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Generate high-quality leads and track conversion rates.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and interior design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of proven experience
in digital marketing, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or creative industries.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast), Canva/Photoshop, and WordPress.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
