Job Description

1.

Digital Advertising & Paid Campaigns



Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

and

social media ads

(Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to generate leads and bookings. Manage and monitor

PPC campaigns

, ensuring high ROI and low cost-per-acquisition (CPA). Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.
2.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)



Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for

on-page SEO

. Build backlinks and manage

off-page SEO

strategies. Monitor keyword rankings, and organic traffic, and stay updated with Google algorithm changes.
3.

Website & Conversion Optimization



Manage and update the company's website (WordPress or other CMS platforms). Implement tools like

Google Analytics

,

Hotjar

, and

Tag Manager

to track user behavior. Improve landing pages for better

conversion rate optimization (CRO)

.
4.

Social Media Marketing



Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Collaborate with designers and videographers to create engaging content (car features, offers, customer stories, Dubai experiences). Monitor trends and interact with the audience to build brand awareness and trust.
5.

Email & SMS Marketing



Design and launch email campaigns for promotions, loyalty programs, and service updates. Segment customer lists for targeted communication (e.g., tourists vs residents).
6.

Content Marketing & Blogging



Write and publish blog posts about car rental tips, travel in Dubai, car comparisons, etc. Use SEO-optimized content to attract inbound traffic and boost rankings.
7.

Market & Competitor Analysis



Track competitor strategies and pricing. Analyze trends in the UAE tourism and car rental market to align campaigns.
8.

Reporting & Analytics



Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance (traffic, leads, bookings, ROAS). Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Insights, and CRM data to make data-driven decisions.
9.

Local & Multilingual Marketing



Customize campaigns for

Arabic-speaking

and

international tourists

. Promote seasonal campaigns during key travel periods & holidays
10.

Collaboration & Coordination



Work closely with sales, customer service, and fleet management teams. Coordinate with influencers and travel bloggers for promotional partnerships.
