who can lead impactful digital campaigns, drive online traffic, and boost customer engagement across all digital channels.

Role Overview



The

Digital Marketing Specialist

will be responsible for managing and optimizing RSL's digital presence across paid, owned, and earned media. This role requires a data-driven marketer who is hands-on with tools and platforms, creative with content, and focused on generating measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Digital Campaign Planning & Execution



Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid media platforms. Optimize campaigns for reach, conversions, and ROI using A/B testing, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
2.

Social Media & Content Management



Manage and grow RSL's presence on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content across channels. Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce compelling creative assets.
3.

Website & SEO Management



Monitor and update RSL's website for accuracy, promotions, and SEO best practices. Work with internal/external developers on UX/UI improvements. Conduct keyword research, implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies, and track ranking performance.
4.

Analytics & Performance Reporting



Track and report on key digital KPIs: website traffic, cost per acquisition, engagement rate, conversion rate, ROAS, etc. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and social media insights to deliver actionable reports.
5.

Email Marketing & CRM



Plan and execute email campaigns and newsletters to target audiences. Coordinate with CRM and customer care teams to build and segment mailing lists and ensure personalized engagement.
6.

Market Trends & Innovation



Stay up to date with digital trends, new advertising formats, and evolving customer behaviors. Identify growth opportunities and test new platforms, formats, or digital tools to improve marketing effectiveness.

Candidate Profile Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are preferred.

Experience



3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in transportation, travel, e-commerce, or consumer services. Hands-on experience with performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media strategy, and marketing automation tools.

Technical Skills



Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and WordPress or similar CMS. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.

Soft Skills



Strong analytical thinking and creative content judgment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
