to join our tourism agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns to increase our online visibility, drive traffic to our websites, and generate high-quality leads for tourism activities such as desert safaris, helicopter tours, water sports, and city excursions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Optimize SEO for company website to improve organic search rankings.
Manage and grow social media accounts with engaging content and ad campaigns.
Run PPC and display ad campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust budgets for ROI.
Create email marketing campaigns and manage customer communication funnels.
Coordinate with designers to create banners, thumbnails, and ad creatives.
Track and report on KPIs and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies
Assist with online reputation management and Google My Business optimization.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (preferably in tourism, hospitality, or service sector).
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms.
Experience with website CMSs (WordPress or similar) and analytics tools.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of tourism in Dubai is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) certifications are a plus.
