About the Role
We are seeking a sharp, sophisticated
Digital Marketing Lead
to spearhead the
global launch of Maraya
--a beachfront investment community by the visionary creators of Al Barari, Nurai Island, and Zuhha Island.
This is not your typical campaign. We're looking for a lead-generation expert who can attract
ultra-high-net-worth investors
and
top-tier real estate brokers
from around the world ahead of our
December 2025 global sales launch
.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Leadership
Architect and execute a global lead-gen strategy targeting:
HNW lifestyle buyers and investors
Luxury and international real estate brokers
Lead performance campaigns across
Meta (IG/Facebook), Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Design separate acquisition funnels with custom messaging and CTAs for:
Investors
Broker partners
Funnel & Creative Execution
Launch multi-phase campaigns: teasers ? interest ? onboarding ? conversion* Oversee creation of high-conversion landing pages:
Investor lead capture
Broker registration with gated project access
Work with CGI team on high-impact reels, carousels, flythroughs
Targeting & Segmentation
Build custom & lookalike audiences using interest, behavior, and geo filters:
HNWIs by travel, finance, and lifestyle behavior
Brokers by title, location, and brokerage affiliations
Implement retargeting loops and UTM tracking for investor vs. broker journeys
Broker Marketing & CRM Integration
Design broker-specific ad creatives and lead journeys
Sync registrations directly into
HubSpot
, tagging leads for events, onboarding, or tiered access
Set up automation: email, WhatsApp, gated content sequences
, lead forms, video campaigns, reels
Strong grasp of
CRM systems
(preferably HubSpot) and broker funnel management
Comfortable managing
>$100K monthly ad budgets
