We are looking for Social Media Marketing with 4 years of experience in Real Estate ONLY

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media by designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.



Plan and execute all digital marketing, especially social media and display advertising campaigns

Running Campaigns in Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Snapchat ads, Linkedin ads, TikTok, Email Campaign, and Google ads.

Design, build, and maintain our social media presence

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Doing Automation between CRM and Social Media

Creating a Landing page for Campaigns

Doing Graphics Design in Photoshop, illustrator

Doing Video Editing in Adobe Premiere, After Effects

Managing the website www.hermasproperties.com

Manages and improves all online content.

Organizes and develops marketing activities by identifying property trends and new market opportunities.

Manages overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, analysis of sales and marketing trends, advertising, and marketing promotional events.

Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables.

Requirements:

4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist in the Real Estate / Property Development industry.

BSC degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant.

Well-experienced in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

Good Knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.

Good time-management skills.

Must be fluent in English,Arabic
