Digital Marketing Executive

to lead and manage our online marketing strategies. We're a young, energetic team focused on performance, innovation, and delivering top-notch services to our clients.

Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with our content, design, and tech teams to build a strong digital presence and drive qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Property listings in Dubizzle, Bayut platforms. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI Manage SEO/SEM strategies and keyword targeting Oversee email marketing and marketing automation Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms Collaborate with designers and web developers to ensure brand consistency Analyze data using Google Analytics and other tools, and prepare reports Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis Optimize website content, meta tags, and site structure Manage backlink strategy and off-page SEO Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Generate performance reports and suggest improvement strategies Work closely with web and content teams for implementation Experience with WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field 2+ years of experience in digital marketing Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) Strong analytical and creative thinking skills Excellent communication and project management abilities Knowledge of content marketing, automation tools, and CRM is a plus
