Al Barsha Veterinary Clinic is looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist to join our veterinary clinic team on a full-time contract basis. This unique opportunity involves not only implementing effective marketing strategies but also working closely with animals, including dogs, cats, and small animals to create marketing materials, such as photos, videos, showcasing clinic services, patient success stories, and educational content for pet owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a genuine love for animals. Candidate must be fluent in English and should furthermore have experience in Marketing, social media, newsletters, website content maintenance and upkeep, creating marketing materials (like banners, posters, and flyers), Google SEM and SEO, and all other marketing related tasks.

Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the overall Marketing Strategy and Plan. Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies. Maintain regular communication with clients via email newsletters, social media updates, and personalized messages to foster loyalty and trust. Respond promptly to client inquiries, comments, and feedback on social media platforms and review sites. Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the company's marketing and calendar plan.

Marketing Strategy Development:

Responsible for the management, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print materials, social media (Google, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.), email newsletter campaigns, and events. Generating ideas and highlighting opportunities for new marketing campaigns and presenting these to the management. Identify target audience segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Content Creation:

Create compelling, engaging, and high-quality content for marketing materials for both online and offline campaigns, including website, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, flyers, vouchers, banners, and other printed materials, etc. Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and target audience preferences to generate leads.

Photography and Videography:

Utilize photography skills to capture high-quality images of animals, clinic facilities, and staff members for use in marketing materials. Create and edit videos showcasing clinic services, patient success stories, and educational content for pet owners. Videos that are related to pet care, veterinary services, and clinic events.

Event Planning and Coordination:

Responsible for the planning and execution of marketing events,organize and promote clinic events, such as clinic spay a stray campaign, pet for adoptions, etc., and other educational seminars/trainings organized by our clinic or suppliers about their products, to attract clients and enhance community outreach.

Brand Management:

Manage and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity.

Digital Marketing:

Support digital marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts, SEO/SEM, updating website content, and executing email marketing campaigns.Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Analyze data and insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign targeting. Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative strategies to reach target audiences effectively.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and convert leads into sales.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work with all departments and brand teams to create engaging content for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other channels. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience. Maintain relationships with Suppliers, and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activity.

Budget Management:

Develop marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor cost and expenses and ensure campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints.
