Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
:
Create, schedule, and manage content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers and engagement.
Monitor trends, respond to comments, and interact with the audience.
Design banners and visual content for social media campaigns using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic design software.
Lead Generation
:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads online (via Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
Identify and implement offline marketing strategies to capture leads in physical spaces (events, partnerships, etc.).
Track lead sources and provide insights to improve lead acquisition strategies.
Website Management
:
Coordinate with designers/developers to maintain and update the website.
Optimize website content for SEO to increase organic traffic.
Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements.
Email Marketing
:
Collaborate on creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
Monitor email open rates, CTR, and suggest improvements for campaign performance.
Campaign Analytics & Reporting
:
Track the performance of campaigns and generate detailed reports on ROI and KPIs.
Suggest data-driven strategies for improvement.
Collaboration & Coordination
:
Work closely with internal teams (designers, content creators) and external stakeholders.
Develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva).
Proficiency in creating engaging visual content and banners for campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and email marketing tools (e.g., IContact, Mailchimp).
