Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage SEO/SEM strategy to improve organic visibility and website ranking.
Create engaging content for email campaigns, blogs, social media, and landing pages.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and generate reports.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
Monitor and manage website performance including traffic, conversions, and user experience.
A/B test strategies to determine what resonates best with the target audience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/HubSpot, and WordPress.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and Analytics certification.
Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
