We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques, as well as a passion for driving brand awareness and engagement in the online space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Content Creation:
Create compelling content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
3. Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
4. SEO SEM:
Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI.
5. Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
6. Analytics Reporting:
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on key metrics and present findings to the management team.
7. Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and messaging.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
