Full-Stack Digital Marketing Specialist
to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth across all our locations.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who is capable of independently managing and executing a full spectrum of digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving traffic, generating leads, and building brand awareness across all our branches. This role requires a hands-on individual with expertise in various digital marketing disciplines, from paid advertising to content creation and SEO.
Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising Management:
Develop, implement, and manage effective paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to achieve business objectives across all branches. This includes keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, budget management, and performance optimization.
User-Generated Content (UGC):
Conceptualize, script, and potentially oversee the creation of engaging user-generated content to build trust and authenticity.
Content Creation & Editing:
Independently shoot and edit high-quality video and photo content for various digital platforms.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms relevant to our target audience (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, potentially others) for all branches. This includes content planning, scheduling, community management, and performance analysis.
LinkedIn Management:
Develop and maintain a strong professional presence on LinkedIn for the company and key personnel, focusing on thought leadership, networking, and lead generation.
Website Content Management:
Manage and update website content (text, images, videos) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to our website. This includes keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
Collaboration with Designers:
Effectively collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials (e.g., social media graphics, website banners, brochures).
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
Full-Stack Digital Marketing:
Take ownership of the entire digital marketing function, from strategy development to execution and analysis, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach across all digital channels for Al Hamd Legal Translation and its branches.
Basic Design & Video Editing:
Utilize basic Canva skills to create simple marketing visuals and possess fundamental video editing skills to enhance content. (Cacpcut,VN)
Staying Updated:
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience 1+ in managing and executing full-fledged digital marketing strategies, preferably within a multi-location business.
Demonstrable expertise and confidence in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a track record of achieving measurable results.
Strong ability to conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging video and photo content.
Excellent social media management skills with experience in building and engaging online communities.
Proficient in managing LinkedIn for professional networking and business development.
Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
Basic proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools.
Basic video editing skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other relevant languages is an advantage.
