We are seeking a highly creative and versatile

Digital Marketing Specialist

with a strong background in

graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand presence online through engaging content and result-driven marketing strategies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both creativity and data, and who can manage a variety of tasks across design, video, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

Design engaging visuals for digital and print media (social media posts, posters, banners, brochures, etc.) Create branding materials including logos, business cards, and infographics Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging

Video Editing:

Edit video content including podcasts, reels, ads, and other formats Add sound effects, motion graphics, transitions, and subtitles Optimize videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook Use software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Filmora

Digital Marketing:

Execute SEO strategies (on-page and off-page optimization) Create and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Generate leads through organic and paid digital channels Oversee full social media management including posting, scheduling, and audience growth Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing skills Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro Experience using CapCut and Filmora is essential Proven experience in running digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, SEO) Strong understanding of brand consistency, content strategy, and user engagement Excellent multitasking and time management skills Creative thinker with strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred:

Experience in content creation for podcasts or media platforms
