We are seeking a talented and experienced

Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, executing digital marketing campaigns, and driving brand growth across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging content using Canva and other design tools to captivate target audiences. Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Optimize website content and campaigns for SEO to improve organic search rankings. Monitor and analyze performance metrics across digital platforms to measure ROI and improve strategies. Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with business goals. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Canva or similar design software for creating visuals and promotional materials. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools. Hands-on experience with Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms. Excellent communication and content creation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing social media accounts for salons, beauty services, or similar industries. Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or HubSpot.
