Digital Marketing Specialist Job briefWe are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools. If you know how to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, e-commerce platforms, google analytics and google ads, this position is for you. You will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising and promotional activities.Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase conversion rate. Responsibilities Website & E-commerce .Analyse digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM,PPC, database marketing, email and display advertising campaigns..Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce website.Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests..Create website landing pages and optimize user experience..Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized..Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies..Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance..Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.Spearhead the creation of digital content (e.g., website, e-commerce, and Digital Ads) Marketing Automation:.Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements..Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team..Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance..Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously..Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing General:.Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points..Maintain a strong online company voice through website and Digital Ads.Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts.Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing..Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.Monitor ROI and KPIs.Stay up to date with digital media developments.Manage end-to-end digital projects.Ensure that the brand message is consistent Requirements.Proven 3 - 4 years' work experience in the Digital realm .Proven years of marketing automation experience..Familiarity with web design and content management systems.Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions..Experience with visual communication principles.Excellent analytical and project management skills.An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills.BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field.Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
