The Digital Marketing Specialist will support Joud LLC and its related companies through always-on digital marketing activities. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, digital advertising, and identifying emerging trends, with a strong emphasis on execution, performance tracking, and measurable growth in brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish content across multiple platforms including social media, websites, blogs, and basic email campaigns.
Manage and grow social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, in line with brand guidelines.
Write clear and engaging copy aligned with each brand's tone of voice.
Coordinate with designers or use tools like Canva or Figma to produce visual assets.
Repurpose long-form content (blogs, FAQs, webinars) into short-form posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
Maintain content calendars and posting schedules for multiple brands.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, escalating issues when necessary.
Track and analyze engagement metrics including reach, impressions, clicks, and followers, and suggest improvements.
Set up, manage, and optimize basic paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Prepare simple performance and campaign reports.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, particularly in fintech, BNPL, payments, and GCC/MENA markets.
Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and HR for campaigns, launches, and employer branding.
Maintain organized records of content assets and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Strong content creation skills with good writing ability and basic visual sense.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for one or more brands.
Basic experience running paid advertisements on Meta, Google, or LinkedIn.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as reach, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Very good English writing skills;
native Arabic proficiency is mandatory
, especially for GCC audiences.
Experience in fintech, payments, BNPL, or financial services is an advantage.
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp/HubSpot, Canva, or Figma.
Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Data-aware mindset with the ability to use insights to improve content and campaign performance.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to accept feedback and adapt quickly.
