We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive results through comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content creation, LinkedIn marketing, and lead generation. In this role, you will be responsible for boosting brand visibility, driving organic traffic, and generating quality leads to help support the growth of the business.



Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Optimization (SMO):



+ Develop and execute effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
+ Manage and grow company profiles on social media by curating and posting relevant, engaging, and timely content.
+ Analyze social media trends, engagement metrics, and competitor activity to adjust strategies and optimize performance.
+ Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):



+ Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-ranking keywords for organic search optimization.
+ Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
+ Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics, and provide actionable insights to improve search results.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are followed.

Content Writing:



+ Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, articles, website copy, and social media platforms.
+ Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies aligned with brand messaging and target audience.
+ Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.

LinkedIn Marketing:



+ Optimize and manage the company's LinkedIn profile, focusing on engaging and connecting with professionals and potential leads.
+ Develop and execute LinkedIn strategies to increase company visibility and establish thought leadership in the industry.
+ Utilize LinkedIn's features, including Sponsored Content and LinkedIn Ads, to generate leads and promote products/services.

Lead Generation:



+ Develop and implement lead generation strategies across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
+ Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify, connect, and nurture leads to drive conversions.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and track the performance of lead generation campaigns.
