We are door-to-door cargo company specializing in freight services from Qatar to the Philippines. With customer satisfaction at the core of our operations, we are looking to expand our online presence and grow our digital customer base. We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who can help us achieve this goal.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our services across various online channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, retargeting). Handle content creation, including social media posts, promotional materials, and email marketing campaigns. Analyze website and social media analytics to track performance and recommend improvements. Oversee and manage the company website, ensuring content is up to date and SEO-friendly. Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Manage customer engagement across social platforms (respond to inquiries, comments, and reviews). ? Work with management to develop digital strategies that align with business goals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising. Experience managing Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager). Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience in logistics, cargo, or freight forwarding industries is an advantage. Basic video editing skills for reels/stories are a plus.
