Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other online channels.
Create, design, and edit digital content including photos, videos, reels, and social media posts.
Manage all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
Generate, qualify, and track leads from digital platforms and deliver them to the sales team.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns with measurable results (CPL, ROI, engagement, reach).
Write and publish creative marketing copy and captions aligned with real estate trends and projects.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with the Sales and Design teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales targets.
Capture and edit property photos/videos for use in promotional materials.
Stay up-to-date with current marketing trends, competitors, and digital tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of social media management, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM.
Skilled in content creation, photography, and video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Excellent English communication and copywriting skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong analytical mindset and ability to generate high-quality leads.
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
