What you'll do
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and social platforms
Drive online sales and qualified leads with clear ROI targets
Build, test, and improve landing pages and funnels
Implement and validate tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels, events)
Run A/B tests and performance experiments
Work closely with developers to improve speed, UX, and conversion flow
What we're looking for
2+ years hands-on digital marketing experience
Proven results in paid ads and conversion-focused campaigns
Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and analytics
Comfortable with:
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel
UTM tracking and event-based measurement
Basic HTML/CSS (reading and small edits)
Logical thinker who can debug problems, not just report them
Developer-minded skills
Understands how websites, tracking, and APIs actually work
Can diagnose drop-offs, broken events, and performance issues
Familiar with page speed, mobile optimization, and CRO basics
Compensation
Basic salary + sales-based performance incentives
Performance is measured on real outcomes: revenue, conversions, and growth--not likes or impressions

E-commerce or retail experience
Experience with automation, CRM integrations, or feeds
Comfortable working independently and owning results end-to-end
