We are seeking a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing and Graphic Designer Executive to manage our online presence and lead generation efforts.
Candidates must be currently based in India and willing to relocate. Company will provide employment visa.
Initial interviews will be conducted via video call with our management team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Manage social media accounts with engaging real estate content, property promotions, and stories.
Optimize company website and landing pages for lead generation (SEO/SEM).
Create and manage email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp broadcast lists.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with property listings and sales goals.
Design and post digital flyers, brochures, and other creative content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements
Real estate experience in digital marketing is a plus.
Proficiency in digital advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other graphic design tools is a plus.
Good communication and English writing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
