Digital Marketing Specialist
to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth across local and international markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our digital footprint and online visibility in the water tank manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
:
Digital Campaign Management
:
Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Content Strategy & Creation
:
Develop engaging and relevant content (visual and written) for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and blogs to enhance brand awareness and SEO performance.
SEO & SEM
:
Optimize website and content to improve search engine rankings and manage pay-per-click campaigns to increase visibility and ROI.Manage the company's social media presence across all platforms; schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor analytics.Maintain and update the corporate website. Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other performance tools to track KPIs and report on campaign effectiveness.Design, manage, and analyze email campaigns targeting clients, consultants, and partners using platforms like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.Work with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with CRM tools and customer journey mapping.Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform content and digital strategy.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in industrial or B2B sectors
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and email marketing platforms
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Creative mindset with an eye for detail
Preferred Skills
:
Familiarity with water storage, infrastructure, or engineering sectors
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Video editing skills for digital campaigns
Experience with B2B marketing funnels and lead nurturing strategies
