Al Meqnas Real Estate is a well-established real estate company based in Ajman, known for its innovative projects and dynamic work environment. We are currently seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital presence and contribute to our continued growth.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage our social media channels, boost our SEO performance, and oversee website development. The ideal candidate should be both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Create engaging content to grow followers and increase interaction. Plan and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings. Manage the development, maintenance, and updates of the company website to ensure an optimal user experience. Run digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to generate leads and conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports and insights. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing with company goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and website coordination. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress). Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development principles is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be fluent in Arabic. Must be based in Ajman or willing to relocate.
