- Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and flair for innovative ideas with creativity.
- Work as a marketing core with capabilities of social media marketing techniques as well as identification of \'How to market for a particular region\' for a lubricants industry.
- Adequate web design, web development, CRO, and SEO knowledge.
- Develop, update, and maintain the company website.
- Ensuring the website function and stability across devices i.e., desktop, mobile, tablets, etc.
- Optimizing sites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Planning and creating content for online & offline channels.
- Developing effective strategies for driving and increasing online traffic.
- Creating attractive social media content writing and posts to catch the audience\'s attention.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Conducting in-depth social media research and maintaining a report on the same.
- Developing and sharing various social media content like graphics, videos, and other forms of content.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, WordPress, and CSS.
- Good communication and presentation skills with a Bachelor\'s degree in the discipline.
- Excellent proficiency in English is mandatory. Other languages like Arabic, French, or Russian are an added advantage. Multi-lingual preferred.
