Performance Marketer

with expertise in

Google Ads and SEO

, and with knowledge in

B2B lead generation and marketing automation tools

. The ideal candidate will manage paid and organic marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and drive revenue growth. Experience with

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and LinkedIn Ads

will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize

Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing)

to drive B2B leads. Create and execute

SEO strategies

to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Manage landing pages and lead generation funnels to maximize conversions. Utilize

marketing automation tools (email marketing, CRM, retargeting)

to nurture and convert leads. Generate and qualify

B2B leads through paid and organic marketing channels

. Run and manage

Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads

(added advantage). Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and B2B lead generation.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in

Google Ads and SEO

. Proven experience in

B2B lead generation and marketing funnels

. Familiarity with

marketing automation tools

(HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, etc.) is a plus. Experience in

Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads

will be an advantage. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
