Job Description

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-stack marketing role covering paid ads, SEO, email marketing, design, and AI-driven campaigns -- with a strong focus on B2B and corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok, Meta, Snapchat & Google Ads campaigns Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance (Google Analytics, Data Studio) Design marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media posts) using Photoshop / Canva / Illustrator Develop and manage email marketing & newsletter campaigns (Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign) Conduct keyword research, implement SEO strategies, and improve search rankings Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation platforms) to boost campaign performance Create innovative B2B campaigns for corporate events and team-building packages Perform A/B testing and continuously improve marketing ROI
Requirements

Proven experience managing paid ads across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat & Google Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics & Data Studio Proficient in Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator Hands-on experience with email marketing tools Knowledge of SEO, keyword strategy, and link-building B2B marketing experience (events, tourism, or entertainment industry preferred) Proficiency in AI marketing tools & automation Fluent in English; knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market is a plus
Preferred Skills

Video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut) WordPress or other CMS experience Strong budget management skills
