Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Manage and curate content for La Verde's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, to boost brand visibility and engage the target audience.
Support the creation and implementation of link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and credibility.
Write compelling content copy.
Create visually appealing social media content, such as graphics, videos, and captions, that resonate with the company's aesthetic and messaging.
Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities to spot content creation and engagement opportunities.
Engage with followers, address comments, and cultivate a community on the company's social media channels.
Assist in planning, researching, and writing informative blog posts on Real Estate and industry trends.
