We're seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts with strategic vision and operational excellence. You will be responsible for setting the overall marketing strategy, managing client relationships, overseeing digital campaigns, and handling budget and payment workflows. You'll be supported by a dedicated assistant focused on visual content creation (photos/videos).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Manage client communications, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and organic growth initiatives
Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI
Handle marketing budgets, vendor payments, and financial tracking
Collaborate with the assistant to ensure high-quality visual content production
Stay ahead of digital trends and apply best practices across platforms
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with leadership responsibilities
Demonstrated success in managing high-impact campaigns and achieving measurable results
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and client management skills
Experience in the F&B industry is a strong plus
Proficiency in analytics tools, ad platforms, and CRM systems
Ability to manage budgets and financial workflows
