We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven
Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager
to manage and grow our brand's online presence. The candidate will be responsible for handling social media platforms directly or by coordinating with our agency.
The role requires expertise in
creating engaging and trending content (reels, posts, stories, campaigns)
, improving
organic reach
, and ultimately
boosting sales
through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
You will guide and monitor the agency (if outsourced) to ensure consistent growth and alignment with the brand's goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create
viral and trending content
(reels, stories, carousels, hot-selling items promos).
Plan and maintain a
content calendar
for posts, reels, and stories.
Guide & coordinate with the social media agency to ensure quality delivery.
Monitor insights and analytics to measure performance and adjust strategies.
Stay updated with
current trends, hashtags, and viral formats
to keep the brand relevant.
Develop strategies to grow
organic followers, reach, and sales
.
Ensure branding, tone, and messaging remain consistent across all platforms.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
digital marketing / social media management
(2-4 years).
Strong knowledge of
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts
trends.
Creativity in
content creation
- reels, storytelling, viral campaigns.
Experience with
analytics tools
(Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics).
Basic graphic design & video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite is a plus).
Understanding of
social media algorithms & engagement hacks

Strong communication skills - able to
guide agencies or freelancers
effectively.
Result-oriented mindset with ability to
grow sales organically

Posting Frequency & Timing
Reels:
4-5 per week (best times: evenings & weekends).
Stories:
Daily (show behind-the-scenes, new arrivals, polls, Q&A).
Feed Posts:
3-4 per week (mix of lifestyle shots, product highlights, customer reviews).
