Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns while maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation, sales, and branding objectives. Analyze ad performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights. Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI). Create, test, and optimize ad creatives (images/videos) along with compelling ad copy. Implement and manage conversion tracking and performance measurement. Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices. Perform any other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong communication and reporting skills. Passion for digital marketing and performance-driven advertising.
