Position Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our travel industry team in Dubai. You'll lead digital campaigns, optimize online presence, generate leads, and convert them into sales using creative and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Develop and manage campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and travel sites
Optimize SEO, SEM, PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Create and distribute engaging content (blogs, posts, videos)
Run email campaigns and manage social media strategy
Track performance using Google Analytics and similar tools
Collaborate with influencers to boost brand presence
Sales
Drive lead generation and conversion through digital channels
Use CRM tools and funnels to nurture and convert leads
Promote travel packages via targeted campaigns
Analyze sales performance and optimize strategies
Collaboration & Strategy
Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Stay updated on digital trends and travel market shifts
Requirements:
5 years in digital marketing/sales (preferably travel/hospitality)
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM e.g. Hub-spot), and email marketing tools
Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
