Female Digital Marketing, Sales & Reception Executive

to join our growing team.

This is a

multi-role position

ideal for a confident, presentable, and passionate professional who enjoys marketing, client interaction, and business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Create and post marketing content, banners, and updates Support branding, promotions, and online campaigns Handle online inquiries and generate leads through digital channels

Sales & Business Support

Attend to incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records Assist in preparing proposals and coordinating with clients Support basic sales reporting and CRM tracking

Reception & Administration

Manage front desk and welcome clients professionally Answer and redirect phone calls and emails Coordinate basic office and administrative tasks Assist internal team coordination when required

Requirements

Female candidates only

3-5+ years of relevant experience in Dubai

Experience in digital marketing, sales coordination, or front desk roles Excellent communication skills in

English

Confident, well-presented, and client-focused Passionate, energetic, and self-motivated Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently Experience in construction, approvals, real estate, or fit-out industry is a plus
