Job Title: Business Development - Digital Marketing (B2B Sales)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential B2B clients for our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social, content). Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients; act as client's primary contact for business development. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth by onboarding new clients and upselling existing ones. Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are executed and client satisfaction maintained. Report on sales pipeline, conversion outcomes and market trends; provide insights for service improvement.
Requirements:

Proven B2B experience in digital marketing sales (agency or services environment). Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a hunger to sell and deliver results. Own-visa (residence) in UAE is mandatory. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary & Incentives:

Base salary: AED 2,500 - 3,000 plus performance incentives. Incentives tied to B2B sales performance and client onboarding. Own visa required for eligibility.
