Praana is a luxury leather brand currently at a foundational stage of its digital journey. At present, we do not have a digital marketing or performance marketing team in place. This role is for someone who will

build everything from the ground up

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic, and execution-driven individual who can take full ownership of our digital marketing ecosystem--from planning and setup to execution, optimization, and scaling.

This is a

founding-level role

, not a maintenance position.

Key Responsibilities

Build Praana's digital marketing strategy from scratch Set up and manage paid advertising across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google, and other relevant platforms Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns (awareness, traffic, conversions, retargeting) Define audience segments, funnels, and customer journeys Work closely with the founders to translate brand vision into high-performing digital campaigns Oversee content direction for ads (visuals, copy, messaging) in line with a luxury brand tone Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions) Continuously test, iterate, and improve campaigns based on data Manage budgets responsibly and scale campaigns efficiently Build systems, processes, and documentation for future team growth

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in digital and performance marketing Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads Experience building marketing systems from zero (not just running existing accounts) Strong analytical mindset with creative sensitivity Understanding of premium or luxury brand positioning (preferred) Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-evolving brand
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
