Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organization's annual digital marketing plan, covering PPC, SEO, Social Media, Affiliates, and Display/Retargeting.
Design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy.
Create engaging digital content that drives customer engagement and strengthens the company's online presence.
Implement strategies to increase website traffic through effective SEO and PPC practices.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive social media policy and framework.
Manage and moderate all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and others.
Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate spending across channels to maximize performance.
Produce regular digital performance dashboards and reports for management.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
Design and create marketing materials, digital content, and social media posts.
Candidate Requirements
Proven 3 years experience managing the digital marketing function within an organization.
Strong track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Experience using content management systems (CMS).
Solid understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
