creative and result-driven 360 Marketing Executive
to manage influencer collaborations, social media marketing, brand promotions, and customer engagement -- both online and in-store.
The candidate

, as this position involves daily coordination with influencers, logistics teams, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer & Social Media Marketing
Identify, contact, and manage influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Plan and supervise influencer visits, shoots, and collaborations.
Ensure influencers tag Star Gallery Mart and mention the correct shop number and location in every post.
Maintain Excel sheets for influencer details, rates, followers, and campaign results.
Collect influencer videos and photos for company highlights and marketing use.
Coordinate with video editors for reels and short promotional clips.
2. Campaign Management (360 Marketing)
Plan and execute online and offline campaigns (social media, print, digital, and in-store).
Coordinate marketing activities between Star Gallery Mart and Paris Palace Gift.
Work with design and content teams for visuals, ads, and daily offers.
Track performance, engagement, and ROI of campaigns.
3. Customer Engagement & In-Store Activation
Ensure influencer visits generate walk-in traffic and increase sales.
Support sales staff in converting visitors into loyal customers.
Record behind-the-scenes videos and ensure customer satisfaction during promotions.
4. RTO & Operations Coordination
Manage and monitor
Return-to-Origin (RTO)
and
reverse pickup
requests.
Communicate with customers in
English and Arabic
for return updates and inquiries.
Work with the delivery and warehouse teams to reduce RTO and improve efficiency.
Keep detailed records and reports of all RTO-related cases.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly reports on influencer performance, campaign engagement, and RTO updates.
Provide insights to management for improving marketing and operational strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of experience
in 360 marketing, influencer management, or retail promotions (UAE experience preferred).
Must have hands-on experience handling RTO / Reverse Pickup.
Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms, paid ads, and analytics tools.
Creative, organized, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
