Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media, display advertising, and performance marketing. \xc2\xb7 Oversee and manage all digital channels, including website(s), ensuring regular updates, user-friendly design, and engaging content. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the company\'s social media presence across existing and potential channels. \xc2\xb7 Manage the company\'s e-newsletter, blogs, and content articles, maintaining a consistent posting schedule and overall content management. \xc2\xb7 Create and maintain digital marketing and editorial calendars on a quarterly and annual basis. \xc2\xb7 Set and achieve goals and KPIs for website traffic and digital marketing initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyse metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio, providing insightful reports and recommendations for future campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Drive ecommerce traffic and conversions through performance marketing and other measurable strategies. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated with new digital marketing trends and incorporate them into the overall marketing strategy. \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular digital health checks and internal audits for online platforms. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and related fields. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and measurement. \xc2\xb7 Display creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach. \xc2\xb7 Comprehensive understanding of social media, website metrics, ecommerce, PPC, Social Media ads, and performance marketing. \xc2\xb7 Experience with a variety of analytics, CRM/email automation, and A/B testing tools. \xc2\xb7 Master\'s Degree in Marketing or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a team and think laterally.
