Responsibilities:

Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media, display advertising, and performance marketing.
Oversee and manage all digital channels, including website(s), ensuring regular updates, user-friendly design, and engaging content.
Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the company\'s social media presence across existing and potential channels.
Manage the company\'s e-newsletter, blogs, and content articles, maintaining a consistent posting schedule and overall content management.
Create and maintain digital marketing and editorial calendars on a quarterly and annual basis.
Set and achieve goals and KPIs for website traffic and digital marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyst metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio, providing insightful reports and recommendations for future campaigns.
Drive ecommerce traffic and conversions through performance marketing and other measurable strategies.
Stay updated with new digital marketing trends and incorporate them into the overall marketing strategy.
Conduct regular digital health checks and internal audits for online platforms.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and related fields.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
Display creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
Comprehensive understanding of social media, website metrics, ecommerce, PPC, Social Media ads, and performance marketing.
Experience with a variety of analytics, CRM/email automation, and A/B testing tools.
Master\'s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a team and think laterally
