We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a highly skilled Female Digital Marketing Specialist with strong real estate experience and a proven ability to generate qualified leads online.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field 4-6 years of digital marketing experience in the real estate industry UAE real estate experience preferred Strong expertise in: Google Ads Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads) SEO/SEM tools CRM systems Proven track record in: Lead generation Campaign optimization Performance marketing Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills Immediate joiners preferred A proactive individual who can deliver results consistently

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across: Google Meta (Facebook/Instagram) YouTube LinkedIn Generate and manage high-quality real estate leads using SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns

Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and paid promotions

Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize ROI

Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing for client engagement

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure campaign alignment with business goals

Act as a Lead Generation Specialist with strong performance-oriented mindset
