We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in real estate to manage and optimize all digital channels for lead generation.
This role is ideal for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing (Real Estate), who is well-versed in social media platforms, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and LinkedIn to generate high-quality leads
Take full ownership of lead generation strategy across all digital channels, ensuring consistent lead flow for the sales team
Manage and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns using relevant tools such as MailChimp, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), etc
Oversee and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and integrated with lead capture forms and analytics
Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness
Maintain and update lead databases with accuracy using Excel, SQL, and CRM systems (data entry, import/export, segmentation, cleanup)
Manage and troubleshoot marketing integrations, landing pages, lead forms, and web-to-CRM workflows with strong technical proficiency
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to align messaging, content, and strategy
Analyze data and generate reports to guide digital marketing decisions and improve conversion rates
Stay current with platform updates, real estate marketing trends, and best practices.
