Role Overview

We're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong technical and creative skills. You'll own web development, social media management, paid advertising, and AI-driven marketing initiatives while collaborating directly with leadership to execute high-impact strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Optimization: Manage and enhance company websites (WordPress or similar), ensuring fast performance, strong SEO, and seamless user experience. Social Media Management: Build content calendars, grow engagement on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and manage community interactions. Paid Advertising: Plan and run Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead generation. AI-Powered Marketing: Integrate AI tools for content creation, chatbots, automation, and data analysis to improve efficiency and reach. Creative Content: Oversee and occasionally create high-quality video content--video editing skills are a strong plus. Monitor analytics and conversion metrics to guide strategy.
Must-Have Skills & Experience

Hands-on website management (CMS, basic HTML/CSS, SEO best practices). Proven expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and audience growth. Strong track record running and optimizing paid ad campaigns. Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation, content generation, or analytics. Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) are a major advantage.
