Position Overview:

The

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is Arabic-speaking, data-driven, and experienced in managing paid media strategies within the healthcare or service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across

Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

and

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

. Create and execute performance-driven strategies to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility. Write and optimize

Arabic and English ad copy

, creatives, and landing pages for conversion. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

Arabic and English fluency

(spoken and written) is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid advertising. Proven experience managing

Meta and Google Ads

campaigns (healthcare experience preferred). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite

. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Certification in

Google Ads

or

Meta Blueprint

is an advantage.
