Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven digital marketer who understands both Google Ads and website design (especially Webflow, similar to WordPress).
You will be responsible for creating, testing, and optimizing high-converting landing pages and managing Google Ads campaigns for various treatments and services.
Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
  • Create, test, and improve landing pages in Webflow (must be able to design and build pages independently).
  • Generate SEO-friendly and conversion-focused content for landing pages and ads.
  • Run A/B tests on different landing pages to find the highest-converting versions.
  • Analyze campaign and website performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Suggest new creative ideas and treatment campaigns based on market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring new concepts, visuals, and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Google Ads management (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
  • Experience in Webflow or WordPress website building.
  • Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to create engaging written and visual content.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and performance metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and user experience (UX).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once.
