you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to bring consistent new client traffic and high-quality leads into the clinic. You will manage advertising funnels, track ROI, and continuously improve campaign performance.
This is a results-driven role -- your success will be measured by leads, bookings, and clinic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Develop and manage landing pages & funnels to maximize lead capture and booking conversions.
Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential clients.
Track key metrics: cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct weekly reporting on campaign performance and recommendations.
Collaborate with our creative/content team for visuals and messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies in aesthetics marketing.
Requirements
2-5+ years of proven experience in digital/performance marketing.
Demonstrated success running lead generation campaigns (healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury industries preferred).
Strong analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data and make decisions.
Experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and landing page/CRM tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a performance-driven approach.
