Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for all company brands
Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Track performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
Coordinate with internal teams: content creators, sales, and design
Work closely with the CEO to align marketing vision and business goals
Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools
Ensure content and messaging are on-brand and consistent
Oversee day-to-day execution of digital activities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in the UAE
Strong hands-on skills in campaign management, especially Google Ads & Meta Ads
Solid understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
With UAE driver's license and car
